After reading the book Big Chicken by Leslie Helaski he students wrote about what they were afraid of. Below they have shared what they feel. We are looking forward to meeting Ms. Helakoski tomorrow when she visits our school.

What a cute idea. I loved hearing about what makes everyone "chicken". I am a big chicken when I see a snake. :-)
Great idea! All your pictures looked really good. I have to agree with the people that said that they are a big chicken when they see a skunk. I am also a big chicken when I see a bear.
