So many visitors, so few comments

Calling all parents and others that read our post. We are so excited that we have had over 1000 visitors in one months time. But we are sad that we have had so few comments from you. Since we made this blog for our parents to learn, we would like to know if you have any questions so far with any post we have written. Do you not understand a term, or do you want more info on something else we are doing in our class. Just ask and we would like to deliver.

We love the blog! You guys are doing a wonderful job keeping us informed of all the daily classroom activities. As a parent, I really enjoy getting to share conversation with Lainey about what she did at school. It really means a lot! Thanks so much.

I am enjoying your blog every day! I know it is written for parents but I hope other kindergarten teachers are reading it as well to benchmark for what they are doing in their own classrooms. Keep up the GREAT work!

I hope that parents will hear your plea and respond. I know sometimes it is hard to know what to say in a comment, but even one sentence saying what you enjoyed about the post lets the blogger know who is reading!

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to do this - my kids love me to show them what is on the "dot.com" :)

Wow, Thank you for the comments. We never thought about the information for parents that are out of town. That makes us think that it would be great for grandparents or other family members from out of town to see whats going on everyday. So spread the word through your families.

We love the blog so much that we've sent it to Ashley's grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins in PA & MD. It's a great tool and our whole family loves checking the blog for new things. Thank you so much for all that you do in the class and on the web!

Thanks a million for the blog. We also share it with family and friends. I feel like I know what Amanda is up to, especially since it is not easy for her to tell me about her day.

Oh, absolutely this blog is good for grandparents. The best thing about it is that it has gotten me off the hook. My parents used to chide me for not filling them in... now they cant' complain. It is great! Oh, plus it lets me know about my daughters education ;)

I love the blog!!! All I hear about is what the girls in the class are up to. Not what he is learning! I'm in school for my Elementary Education degree and hope to one day teach the younger kids. You have given me great tips and I'm copying all the information for my portfolio! Keep up the great work! I love seeing what my BT is doing.
Thanks
Jackie - Brandon's (or BT) Mom!

Our family loves the blog as well. We visit regularly to know what is happening in Jack's classroom so that we can initiate specific conversations about what he is learning in class. We get excited every time there is a new post to read as this gives us another glimpse into the classroom and another way to tap into Jack's learning! Thank you!

We also love the class blog! It's a great way to stay informed and gives us more things to talk about! I've also passed the link on to grandparents. :)
